Privacy Policy

Camera Ledger is designed so the calculator does not need your identity or a copy of your camera project.

Calculator inputs

Calculations run in your browser. We do not operate an account system or project database. The system planner may save its current worksheet in your browser’s local storage so it can be restored on the same browser. You can remove it by clearing site data or using the planner reset control.

Server and hosting logs

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser/user-agent, requested URL, time, and security signals to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose availability. Retention and regional processing depend on the provider configuration.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled, Camera Ledger is prepared to use Google Analytics to measure pageviews, referrers, broad device and geographic categories, landing pages, engagement, and anonymous tool-use events. We do not intentionally send camera names, project inputs, copied summaries, or security-site details as analytics parameters. Where consent is required, analytics should remain disabled until consent is obtained.

Advertising and cookies

If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device information, and other identifiers to serve, limit, personalize, and measure ads as allowed by your choices and applicable law. Personalized advertising must not be enabled in regions requiring consent until a Google-certified consent management platform records a valid choice. You can learn how Google uses data on partner sites at Google’s partner-sites page.

Your choices

You may block cookies in your browser, clear local site data, use consent controls presented on the site, or choose non-personalized advertising where offered. These choices may affect measurement or ad relevance but not the calculator formulas.
